PAL version of RawkSD hasn't been released yet. Although, you can use that unreleased build if you want. It has all the features, excluding disc ripping.

Remember, you have to delete your NTSC save if you want to use it.

<Aaron`> Just put that on your SD card. Back up / rename the /apps/RawkSD folder already on your SD card if you want to keep the rip-enabled build for ripping purposes. 
You won't need to run the patcher again if you already have run the normal one.
<Aaron`> That one's for PAL, but it has the disc ripping functionality disabled.
<Aaron`> So you'll need to keep both if you want to rip some discs to SD for RawkSD importing.
